Shipping

Our customers are thrilled with the speed with which we ship our merchandise and the care in which we pack our products. Shipments will be processed within one business day of receipt of cleared payment - unless notified. All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Historic Ticonderoga, NY via FedEx, UPS, or the postal service. Please provide us with a street address if you have a post office box, as FedEx and UPS cannot ship to a post office box.

Additional shipping charges apply for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Terms of Sale

RETURNS & DAMAGES

All merchandise is carefully inspected prior to shipment. Although we are experts at packing fragile items, rare occurrences of damage can occur. Please keep original packaging intact and email Customer Care for claim instructions or follow the procedure on the enclosed return form your will receive. We will ask for photos of the damage to help expedite replacement or refund. 

We are proud of the customer rating that we have earned. All items in our store are first quality - unless noted. We will gladly accept returns on first quality merchandise within 30 days of shipment date. Items returned within 30 days are eligible for an exchange or full credit excluding shipping (to the form of payment used at time of purchase). A processing fee of 20% applies to all returns to help defray the cost of initial shipping to you.

If the return is a result of our error, please notify us within five business days of receipt by email or phone to receive further instructions. Please note that if we have made an error and you choose to return the item after 30 days of shipment, a 20% restocking fee applies.
